Even today on freezing dark January night
My heart feels the frozen memories’ plight
The warmth of thy homely hands;
on my soul is thawing and melting
and from my eyes’ corners flowing
Memories fading and vanishing
The city’s cold and dry ambiance
Gets suddenly soggy and sopping
جنوری کی سرد اَندھیری راتوں میں!

آج بھی
جنوری کی سرد اندھیری راتوں میں
تیرے نرم گرم ہاتھوں کا لمس
میرا دل محسوس کرتا ہے
تو میری روح پر جمی
یادوں کی برف
پگھل کر
میری آنکھوں کے کناروں سے
بہنے لگتی ہے
یادوں کے نیلے چہرے دھلنے لگتے ہیں
اور شہر کی سرد اور خشک ہوا میں
نمی اچانک بڑھ جاتی ہے!

What do you know?
Of the dooms day?
When the sky will riven
When the stars fall off
The mountains slide away
What has deceived you O’ MAN?
Thou not regard thy Lord,
The noble one
He, who created you,
Perfected you
Into whatever form He willed,
Fashioned you
And sheltered you
Under guardians from above
He showered countless bounties
Upon you
What you know
Where to hide
When that occurs
On that Day of Judgment
No one will recognize
Each other on that day
Every relation will be dispirited
On that day
No soul will have any power
For any other soul
And what you know,
What the Day of Judgment is
The entire command on that day
Is of Allah
Allah the supreme
تمھیں کیا علم
جو انکار کرتے
قیامت سے
تمھیں کیا علم اس دن آسماں پھٹ جائے گا
گر جائیں گے تارے
پہاڑ اپنی جگہ چھوڑینگے
ابلیں گے سمندر بھی
ارے انسان کس دھوکے میں آئے ہو
کہ تم نہ جان پائے اپنے آقائے حقیقی کو
کہ جس نے تم کودنیا میں کیا پیدا
سنوارا اور شرف بخشا
تمھیں چھوڑا حفاظت میں فرشتوں کی
کئی انعامات و اکرامات سے
سب جھولیاں بھر دیں
قیامت آئے گی جس دن
کہاں پر چُھپ سکوگے تم؟
تمھیں کیا علم ،کیا ہے علم تم کو
کیا غضب ہو گا
بھلا روزَ قیامت میں
کہ جب ہو جائے گا
انسان سے انسان بیگانہ
نہ پہچانے گا کوئی دوست
اپنا اورانجانا
نہ ماں بیٹے کو پوچھے گی
نہ بیٹا باپ کو جانے
کہ روزِ حشر کا لمحہ
خدا کا حکم ہی مانے
اسی کا حکم ہی جانے

Seems as lived in eyes’ lagoon
I blossomed like a lily in the lagoon
Can’t deem beautiful ambiance
Seems as wide awake in the dream
My snappy glances at her seem
Like am learning to see to deem
She’s the one who has ambiance
I’m a deprived soul in the heavens
Meeting her is a peculiar meeting
Seems like embraced fragrance
Do love him the way I adore you
If ever find a one similar to me
I now accept as factual, that Sahar
As I’m detached from my own self
It will enlighten your heart

How the night passes and the dawn lighten
It rains and how it makes sound
Rain drops fall on trees create melody
The breeze that touches the face
How it feels, ears sense the lovely music
The ambiance and all sounds feel good
How these mesmerize filling the heart
Have seen this, entire do you hear it too
Do feel it sincerely and heartily
Peep and take a glance happily
Then it will rain,
Rain drops will fall on thy heart
The gentle breeze touching your face
Will soothe your soul
Then you will hear melodic music
It will enlighten your heart
Do ever listen to your heart and peep deep inside

I confess I love you, any means to let you know?
I feel I’m imperfect, anyway for aptness knows?
Love, the only salvation for all torment, but alas!
My compassionate belief is, just to be devoted
Madness, now insanity, return to normalcy doable?
Barn on words, lips silent, yet I know few orators
Any way out to realize dreams for unaided soul?
Everyone lost in his utopia, assuming liberated
Heart’s fallacy to be gratis, any way, be truly free?
One is in ardently affectionate, yet loathing reigns
Wish affable love overrules, to show peace reigns
Union and parting soul of love observe me to know
My looks, my idiocy my state, isn’t enough to show?
Silence considered my weakness, people still rate me
What is happening in Ghaza is sheer shame?
Can humanity be more humiliated than this?
All shroud less corpses of patriot cruelly killed ask
O’ humanitarians you are eyewitness of violence
Any defense for this callous act of offensiveness
Alleyway of love and compassion is illuminated
Though it’s thorny to walk on this path however
Humdum, anything more lustrous than my heart

Your posture is not your shadow
Not a soul, not any one is like you;
Anything passed, deficient thy love
That was not, a fragment of my life;
How many storms are yet in ocean
Even the shoreline is uninformed of;
My existence is like a vague image
No one has so far wondered about ;
If I have any whine, its this simply
That, neither You have valued me;
Every breath of mine is axis of you
I dare not, declare to worship you!
ترا پیکر ترا سایا نہیں ہے
کوئی بھی تو ترے جیسا نہیں ہے
جو گزرا ہے تری چا ہت سے ہٹ ر

Allah caresses me like gentle wind
He is linked with devoted heart beat
Shine like rays everyday on my door
I see Him like luminous atmosphere
In cold season in my soul’s solitude
He stays with me, clings like shawls
If ever lost in wilderness of desert
Guides me akin to sounds of forest
If scared of ghastly dreams of space
He sings lullaby with wishes by night
He’s to me like sheltered banyan tree
He understands me just like a mother

Shining faces elegant and dazzling, all are known
Loneliness mere loneliness, whom to explain
Eyes, lips and cheeks lay under soul arid reign

Where to stay and where to move;
Flowers blossom in garden court
Insane are in the deserted region
How can reliance suit us, we support own self
Desert, insane, perishing moths, in own self
