Hussein prostrated himself to be beheaded
He proved the extreme height of divine love
Seeing the intensity of thirst of Prophet’s clan
Hussein never then laid a hand on water can
Every opportunity was unveiled by Hussein
Of; sacrifice, endurance, serenity and death
Life was shattered and scattered in pieces
Hussein glorified the spirit of existence
Rose scent that flows in Muslim’s essence
Was planted in desert of Karbala by Hussein
What so ever pledge be of the loved Prophet
With Allah; was proved factual by Hussein
Whenever the loyal incident is remembered
Razia heaved a sigh in gloominess of Hussein

The speedy car stopped running over the old man with a screech.
Hearing the loud shrill people gathered from nearby and surrounded the smashed car.
The driver died at the spot. He was immediately taken to hospital in the car that was following him
But an old frail figure was is torn rags and broken bones and profusely bleeding. He died after being involved in a collision with a car while crossing the road
His face was full of blood, cuts and bruises. People watched him trying to recognize him. Then suddenly one of the boy from the crowd shouted saying, “Oh its Ishaq Baba, I know him”
People stepped forward to see Ishaq Baba who was a friend of all. His words echoed in their ears, “I was among those hard working laborers who crushed stones under the scorching sun with our hands and laid the foundation of this one kilo meter road. We made it smooth like butter for the speedy cars to flow on it”
It was now Ishaq who made the road butter smooth when he was alive and his blood made it colorful ———–
Deadly Heat Wave
Posted June 23, 2015
on:Temperatures reach as high as 45 degrees Celsius (111 degrees Fahrenheit) on Saturday, just short of an all-time high in the city of 47 C in June 1979 in the southern port city of Karachi
It is the first time ever in my life that I see the rising death rate due to the heat wave and suffocation. The heat wave is so severe that it is unbreakable for us too who are sitting at home having water and electricity. Majority of the people have load shedding in their areas resulting in no water and no power so they out of annoyance are mostly affected.
The Pakistan Rangers, Sindh however established 10 heatstroke relief centers in the city, almost all of them operating inside the Rangers headquarters. Open to all, the centers provide free-of-charge treatment to those who are suffering from heat stroke. Rangers officer was being administered a drip while cold water was being poured on Javed, a civilian patient at the centre. Javed, who works at a nearby shop, said that when he collapsed he was brought to the centre by the Rangers deployed nearby. “I feel much better now,” he claimed. I hope and earnestly wish and pray Allah to forgive us and bless us with heavy showers of rain and to lessen the heat and have mercy

Say, what you will accept for my loyalty
Shed my blood? Will even sadden thee;
Let’s go one day far away from each other
Will certainly meet again if we’re true lovers
O’ God, why blight and woe my destiny
If it’s her fancy, no way, to blame Thee

What to do if not to die of fondness
What to do if not to lay down my life?
What if speechless in friend’s party?
What to do if not converse with eyes?
Flowers’ destiny is not in my hands
So couldn’t help, but spread on graves;
To fully glorify they beauty, beloved
What to do if not adorned with my blood!
Had to hold the valor of lasting journey
What to do if not surpass horizon
May this love story not widely spread
What to do if not fear this world?

How to make infused water:
Infused water involves steeping veggies, fruits herbs with water until the flavor s fused together.
Infused water is a perfect substitute for sugary beverages such as fruit juices, soda, pre-made ice soda, and energy drinks.
Fill a glass bottle or pitcher with water and put some fruits veggies and herbs in it. leave it for 2 to 8 hours depending on how strong flavor you like.
Infused water is good for a healthy fresh look!
DIABETIC PEOPLE CAN TRY AND BENEFIT FROM THE RECIPE GIVEN BELOW
Cinnamon
Cinnamon regulates blood sugar and improves blood glucose control. Just half a teaspoon of cinnamon every day can significantly reduce blood sugar levels, triglycerides, bad cholesterol, and total cholesterol levels in diabetics. Cinnamon also improves digestion, relieves congestion, and can reduce inflammation, including relieving pain and stiffness in joints due to arthritis.
1- Stay on feet——–walk or do exercise
2. Drink lots of water
3. Reduce Stress
4. Watch your weight
5. Snack smarter
Final note
Let’s close with a word of warning. These suggestions should not replace insulin or any other diabetic drugs prescribed by your doctor. As a person with diabetes, you need a team of health-care professionals and an overall treatment plan. Type is will need to take medication for the rest of their lives (or until the arrival of a cure). Many type 2s will need medication as well.
While there are many practical, simple ways to keep your blood sugar down (or keep it from going higher), never turn your back on solid, scientifically proven treatments. You deserve the best care possible.
Difficult are——!

Difficult are the——-
Difficult are the values of time
Fire fetched to extinguish fire
All yearn for, to talk wisdom,
No one ready to be attentive
I can die with a word of love
Why unearth arrow to shoot
My eyes keep on inquiring this era
How much more blood to shed tears?
Time was there, gone, gone, by gone
What we lost to get hold of one person
Man is not to be trustworthy now
Snakes deputed to guard assets now
Of them only every fête is lively today,
Tales, the city has to narrate them today
Day’s spent in long to realize dreams,
But, night falls to reveal new dreams
Way friends turn into strangers Sahar,
Resilience is required turning away so
