How can I forget it all
Those children————–
Who making crown of flowers, gave
Everyone to adorn their hair;
Those traveling blissful people
Enjoyed beautiful picturesque air;
That sight and the scene I face now!
How can I forget?
How can I forget them?
The ones who adorned
My head, with crown of flora;
How can I forget them?
The ones who helped me pull out
My car from the ditch in foggy night,
Fed me and my daughter with food
And wrapped my mother with a shawl;
But now——-!
What I see is nothing but debris
All ruined by earthquake
How can I forget them?

Patience is not sitting and waiting, it is foreseeing. It is looking at the thorn and seeing the rose, looking at the night and seeing the day. Lovers are patient and know that the moon needs time to become full.

one of the best way of testing honey if its pure or immure is that put some drops of honey on the floor anywhere in the house. IF ants eat it then its not PURE HONEY. because if ants loved honey then there would have been no honey in the world as ants can climb trees and there would never be any beehives or honey 🙂 I tried this test and found that honey was pure 🙂
I also tried honey with burning matchstick. that was true too.
Pure honey also crystallized if kept in a fridge for long.
Honey is very easy to digest and has countless benefits for good physical and mental health

Flaxseed is the new wonder food.
Recent studies have suggested that flaxseed may have a protective effect against breast cancer, prostate cancer, diabetes, heart disease and colon cancer. At least two of the components in flaxseed seem to contribute, says Kelley C. Fitzpatrick, director of health and nutrition with the Flax Council of Canada.
Flax seed plays three primary roles in nutrition.
First, the seed, powdered or ground is rich in dietary fiber, both soluble and insoluble, making it a useful digestive aid.
Second, it is one of the best sources of, a nutrient with antioxidant properties.
Third, the seed contains a high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids. These fats are termed “essential” because they are necessary for survival yet cannot be produced by the body.
Care needs to be taken with storage, as flaxseeds are an unsaturated fat. Unless they’re stored in a sealed container in a cool place, they can go rotten quickly. Flaxseeds, whether ground or whole, have very high fiber content, so if you’re introducing them into your diet, it’s best to start slowly and increase the levels gradually to avoid cramping, bloating or an excessive laxative effect.
When not to take them
People with irritable bowel syndrome should speak to their doctor before consuming flaxseeds due to their high fiber levels. Those with a seizure disorder should avoid flaxseed supplements as omega-3 supplements may induce seizures. Blood-thinning medications, blood sugar-lowering medications, topical steroids, cholesterol-lowering medications and anti-inflammatory can all be affected by flaxseeds, so speak to your doctor before taking supplements or increasing dietary levels of flaxseeds.
How to eat them
The seeds can be sprinkled on fruit, veggies, cereal, salads and yogurt and also in baking or to bulk out meat dishes. This way one increases omega-3 levels and fiber intake at the same time. Ground seeds are easily digested. Flaxseed oil shouldn’t be used for cooking since it is not stable at high temperatures.
Whole flaxseeds add a nutty flavor and crunchy texture to foods. However Benefits of Flaxseed
The key is that they all contain essential fatty acids.
There are other benefits of flaxseed oil that would apply to both sexes and include:
- Controlling cholesterol
- Improving the health of the bowel
- Removing toxins
- Helping with heart related problems
- Treating minor skin problems and itchiness
Boofi—

on:My cousin gifted me a few days old puppy on my birthday. Boofi was chubby fluffy puppy. He looked at me with a frightening looks when I held it in my arms. That very moment I fell in love with it.
He was very playful and cute little pup. I was in sixth grade then. We became very good and close friends. I washed him fed him and played with him. He used to sit by me when I did my homework. Days passed and he grew into a handsome young dog. He accompanied me everywhere I went; to my school, to my friend’s homes to market to park and even to cinema halls. He would sit outside and waited for me. Everyone in Peshawar cantt knew us.
It was hot summer night. We slept in courtyard under the open sky in summers. Counting stars and enjoy the fresh breeze was comforting. It was common practice in those days to sleep like that. Human beings were lived simple life close to nature. There was no fear of thieves or any such tribulations. Though we lived in cantonment which is safer than other places yet it was not dangerous for any one like today for any one.
It must be after midnight I suppose when I woke up with Boofi barking almost on my face. The first thing crept in my mind was that there’s snake somewhere. I looked down and saw a huge cobra near my bed. Boofi warned me. He knew his friend was in danger. My mother and brother woke up. I told them that there’s a snake. The snake wriggled away.
Snakes and scorpions were not a something uncommon for us. Our house was a huge one made of mud. Thick mud walls kept it cool in sizzling summers and warm in winters. Lawns and fields were all around our house. So snakes scorpions wasps and things like this lived with us. Neither they harmed us nor did we hurt them.
In short, my dear Boofi proved his faithfulness. He was such a darling. Someone shot him dead. My nephews buried him in the backyard. Luckily I wasn’t home that time so didn’t see his last moments.
No dog has ever taken my attention so much as Boofi did. His memory is fresh in my mind. I can never forget him
