4. Ghalib sharab peene do Masjid mein baith kar

Ya woh jagah batao jaha khuda nahi.

Ghalib let me rejoice wine in the mosque

Or, show the place where there’s no God

5. Phir dekhiyen andaz-e-gul afshaani-e-guftar;

rakh de koyi paimaan-e-saiba mere aage

Lets again enjoy her blossoming conversation

Someone put a wine chalice for my mediation

Jab aankh hi se na tapka to phir lahoo kya hai ”

I don’t believe blood flowing in veins is of any worth
