Would have been in ecstasy if met her
Would lay my heart or give life for her
There’s no fun in amity or joy in enmity
One may be stranger; someone a buddy
Would have been more joy if both felt excited
Neither you are stress-free nor do I be pleased
Would wait patiently if I trusted your word
Or if I was sure of how long I more existed
Ajab apna hal hota jo visal-e-yar hota
kabhi jan sadqe hoti kabhi dil nisar hota
na maza hai dushmani main na hai lutf dosti main
koi gair gair hota koi yar yar hota
ye maza tha dillagi ka k barabar ag lagti
na tumhen qarar hota na hamain qarar hota
tere wade par sitamagar abhi aur sabr karte
agar apni zindagi ka hamain aitabar hota
“Accept the children the way we accept trees—with gratitude, because they are a blessing—but do not have expectations or desires. You don’t expect trees to change; you love them as they are.”

Let’s peel off all the layers of clouds and see,
Some hidden pockets must be in their garbs;
Seek out their pockets and find, where
Have they concealed the rain drops?
Where the hails stones hiding?
Where’s the pitter patter of rainfall?
Children chuckle when hear the rattle;
The belt may be having a lash hidden,
Balloons of air must be copiously ready to blow,
Don’t you know how magical these clouds are?
May the joy, cheer,
Mirth and merriment
Of this divine festival
Surround you forever.
May the happiness,
That this season brings
Brighten your life
And, hope the year
Brings you luck
and Fulfills all your
Aliza loves eggs. Eggs in custard, in ice-cream, omelet, boiled, scrambled, fried, half fried or in soups they fascinate her. She is so fond of eggs that she even, dreams of eggs. No matter how hot the weather, Aliza would and must have eggs in any form in breakfast. If by chance there was no egg in home. She would just refuse to eat anything. So all her sister brother and parents made sure to have eggs in refrigerator.
She feels too excited to see painted eggs in Easter. My friend paints eggs especially for Aliza to gift her on her birthday. Her room is full of painted eggs.
Aliza is my granddaughter. She is such an adorable child. Being the youngest of my grandchildren she gets what she asks for anytime. So she wanted to keep a hen so it can lay eggs for Aliza only.
My son bought a chick for her. It was the most valuable treasure for Aliza. She took care of the chick like a mother. No one in the house was allowed to play with the chick unless Aliza wished. A special cage was made for the chick. Aliza named it, The Chick Home.
The lucky chick was so well looked after and fed so much that it grew bigger every day. Every one enjoyed to see Aliza happy with the chick. Aliza called it Chu Chu Chick.
One day when my son was cleaning the chick’s cage, he saw a tiny egg there. He called Aliza to show her the egg. When she saw it she screamed out of joy and kept jumping here and there. She’s only four years old child. She thought that the chick laid egg for her only as it very small in size.
it was a pleasure for us all to see her delight. She refused to eat that egg as it is the first egg of her hen. Small joys are like fireflies. We should enjoy and be thankful for this blessing. Otherwise to wait for big occasions or festivals is good but to enjoy any moment that we get in the era of fretfulness, fear and anxiety is worth.
