red-and-white-vinegar

Vinegar is a versatile liquid that is created from the fermentation of ethanol.

There are two processes of fermentation that differ by speed of production. While the fast fermentation process takes only hours to days, it requires the use of machinery to promote the oxygenation.

The slow fermentation process takes weeks to months and occurs naturally.Outside of cooking, vinegar has medicinal, household cleaning, and agricultural applications.

Science research shows that vinegar taken with foods helps with the digestion.

The known advantages of vinegar are:

  • Improves blood circulation
  • Healthy metabolism
  • Reduces cholesterol
  • Regulates water content
  • Decreases sodium in the body
  • Increases concentration and
  • Improves memory

Why wait for science to tell you after years and years of research when you can simply reap the benefits by following the ways the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h). Today we find vinegar capsules being sold in chemists and a whole lot of population is buying them

Vinegar is also beneficial in the treatment of arthritis, colds and constipation

Other uses!

While everyone continues to go crazy for coffee, we’d like to point your attention toward tea. Yes, tea, the beverage that can soothe you when you want to relax or wake you up when you need an extra push. Basically, tea is great and you should consume it just as much as your beloved java.

Without further ado, here are nine reasons you should drink tea every single day. (We still love you, coffee.)

  1. First things first, tea is way easier to make than coffee.

Most of the time, you need a whole machine to make coffee, and you may even have to grind some beans. To make tea, all you need is boiling water, tea and a cup. It’s that simple.

  1. Green tea could have the power to help keep your bones healthy.

For elderly folks, studies have shown that drinking green tea may help lessen the risk of osteoporotic bone fractures.

  1. Drinking unsweetened black tea could help fix bad breath.

If you have a case of halitosis, you may want to start drinking black tea. Researchers at the University Of Chicago College Of Dentistry found that black tea contains chemical components called polyphenols that slow down the formation of plaque-causing bacteria. The polyphenols also reduce “acid production levels,” helping to prevent periodontal disease.

  1. It’s considered a “necessity of life” in China, so maybe it should be for you, too.

Along with firewood, rice, oil, “chiang,” salt and vinegar, tea is considered one of the things “people cannot do without every day,” according to the proverbial “seven necessities of life” created by the Sung Chinese people.

  1. Tea has the power to calm you down.

Some research has suggested that valerian root tea could act as a safe and effective mild natural sleep aid. In a German study, 202 adults either took valerian extract or a prescription anti-anxiety drug. The people who took valerian extract reported “equal improvement in sleep quality, feeling rested and how long they slept as those taking the prescription drug.”

  1. Its kind of a presidential order.

If the President of the United States is obsessed with tea, then you should be too. A2009 New York Times article that details the changes Obama made to the White House stated that the fridges were stocked with his favorite brand of organic tea: Honest Tea. Apparently, his favorite flavors are “Black Forest Berry” and “Green Dragon.”

  1. It could relieve your seasonal allergies before you even get them.

If you’re suffering from seasonal allergies you may want to start your day with a cup of nettle leaf tea. While more research still needs to be done, a preliminary studyfollowed 69 people and found that freeze-dried nettle leaf could “slightly improve allergy symptoms.”

  1. Some experts believe that drinking tea can sometimes be better than drinking water.

Researchers at the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that tea rehydrates you just as much as water does by replacing fluids in your body. And because tea has antioxidants, there’s an added bonus. “Water is essentially replacing fluid. Tea replaces fluids and contains antioxidants so it’s got two things going for it,” public health nutritionist Dr. Carrie Ruxton said in an interview with BBC.

  1. Afternoon tea. Need we say more?

There are parties dedicated to drinking tea, which include sandwiches that are delicious. Here’s a little history: In 1840, Anna Maria Stanhope, the seventh Duchess of Bedford, thought of the genius idea of having afternoon tea “to bridge the lengthy gap between luncheon and dinner.” In order to retain a good (but restrained) appetite for the sweet scones and iced cakes that accompany such an event, the preceding sandwiches that were eaten at this event needed to be filling but too filling. Thus came dainty mini crust less sandwiches that have lighter fillings like cucumber and eggs for a tasty, quick snack.

Biblically referenced as the fruit growing on the Tree of Knowledge, the princely pomegranate also has resonance in Islamic texts and for our health.

The princely pomegranate, ar-Rumm in Arabic, is mentioned in the Qur’an as one of the many delicious rewards awaiting in Paradise. Its numerous uses in cooking and medicine, as well as its beautiful structure, make the fruit a wonder for Muslims who believe that each pomegranate seed is a sign of The Sustainer.

Pomegranates are mentioned three times in the Qur’an.
1) As one of the fruits that will be found in paradise:

“In both of them (gardens) are two springs, sprouting? in both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates.

so which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?” (Quran, 55, 56 —–69)

2. as a reminder of the nutritious provision from God,

3.And as a sign of His artistry,

“And it is He who sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby the growth of all things. We produce it greenery from which We produce grains arranged in layers. And from the palm trees- of its emerging fruit are clusters hanging low. And [We produce] gardens of grapevines and olives and pomegranates, similar yet varied. Look at each of its fruit when it yields and [at] its ripening. Indeed in that are the signs for a people who believe” (Quran, 6:99)

The frequent mentions of this fruit are because of its gem-like beauty, a glistening core of seeds compacted in a layer resembling honeycomb.
Equally astounding are the colors of the fruit and flowers which are an attestation to the Qur’anic verse:
“And whatsoever He has created for you on the earth of varying colors [and qualities from vegetation and fruits] and from animals. Verily! In this is a sign for people who remember.” (Qur’an, 16:13)

Nutritional Value
nutritionally pomegranate fruit is rich in Vitamin C with a calorific value of 65 (calories), while it is a good source of sodium, riboflavin and calcium.

Prophet Muhammad of Islam, peace be upon him, told his Companions that each pomegranate potentially held a heavenly grain;
there’s not a pomegranate which does not have a pip from one of the pomegranate of the Garden (Jannah) in it. “Abu Nu’aim narrated by Anas)

And these pips, along with the outer skin, are rich with antioxidant and antibacterial properties, testimony to its benefits for cleansing the palate. The Prophet therefore also said,
“Pomegranate and its rind strengthen digestion (stomach). (Abu Nuaim, narrated by Ali)

Once you switch to wood – you will never go back.

When I was a small girl my mother combed my hair with wooden comb or wooden brush. I had very thick shiny and rich black hair. Mother had to make two braids. Often ladies asked me if my hair were actual.

Mom oiled my hair and combed with wooden comb at night before I slept.

Then in morning she boiled and cooled natural herbs and washed my hair.

She said that main benefit of using of a wood comb is that it does not generate any static electricity like usual plastic combs do. Using of wooden combs also keep hair in good and healthy position.

It is well known that birch wood combs help to get rid of dandruff. Wooden combs gently massage the scalp and move natural oils through the hair. Massaging the scalp helps promote hair growth and stimulate acupressure points.

The combs do not finished with any varnish or oil so it is natural.

From the yogic perspective:

  1. Wood does not create static electricity, which causes a loss of the hair’s energy to the brain.
  2. If you comb your hair and scalp front to back, back to front, and then to the right and left several times, it will refresh you, no matter how long your hair is. All the tiredness of your day will be gone.
  3. For women, it is said that using this technique to comb your hair twice a day can help maintain youth, a healthy menstrual cycle, and good eyesight.
  4. Wooden bristles gently massage the scalp and move natural oils through the hair. This aids inblood circulation, excess sebum absorption and the removal hair impurities.
  5.  Massaging the scalp helps promote hair growth and stimulate acupressure points.
  6.  When exposed to a blow dryer, the brush stays cool because wood does not conduct heat. When hair is wet the wooden bristles glide easily through the tangles.
  7. Some wooden brushes and combs are naturally hypoallergenic.

Plastic combs and plastic brushes are harmful for hair and cause loss of hair too. Even shampoos having chemicals also damage hair and natural hair color.

so use wooden combs and keep your hair shiny and rich.

Have you ever thought about the important role your feet play in our daily life?

I’m serious. On face value, our feet touch the ground whenever we are standing, walking or running, and they are extensions of the legs, which help move us. But our feet are much more than that. After all, they are the foundation of our body, which means keeping our feet healthy can help keep us healthy.

Foot problems are one of the most common health complaints. The high incidence of foot problems is understandable given the fact that there are 26 bones, 33 joints, 112 ligaments, and tendons, nerves, and blood vessels in the foot. It’s even more coherent when the weight of the body is considered. The force of the body weight borne by the foot increases roughly 1½ time during walking and up to 3-4 times during running. Add in 10,000 steps during a typical day while wearing ill-fitted shoes possibly, and it’s a wonder one’s feet are willing to get out of bed the next day.

Not all feet are created equal. To tell what type of foot one has, one can get the bottom of the feet wet, stand on a paper bag, and check the outline of foot. If a lot of the foot between the heel and forefoot can be seen, then one has a flat foot.

 1. Flat Foot pronation

  • This is typically a flexible foot, providing decreased stability during walking.
  • If this person’s shoe is placed on a flat surface, the shoe may tilt inward.
  • Related problems include metatarsal stress fractures, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, patellar pain, and hip pain.

Proper Shoe

  • A flat foot benefits from a motion controlshoe – a heavier, less flexible shoe. This limits excessive inward motion and helps stabilize the foot which is typically too flexible.
  • The heel counter(the area surrounding the heel) is very firm to squeeze, providing stability in the heel
  1. High Arched Foot supinator
  • The high arched foot tends to be a more rigid, less flexible foot with more weight borne on the outside part of the foot.
  • Less shock absorption occurs in the foot.
  • If this person’s shoe is placed on a flat surface, the shoe may tilt outward.
  • Problems seen with this type of foot include stress fractures in the tibia or femur, Achilles tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis.

Proper Shoe

  • A high arched foot benefits from a cushionedshoe providing shock absorption. This reduces the amount of impact transmitted upwards through the legs.
  1. Neutral Foot neutral
  • This is a more desirable foot structure. The neutral foot therefore provides a combination of shock absorption and stability at the appropriate times during walking or running.
  • An even wear pattern on the shoe sole is expected with a minimum of calluses.

Proper Shoe

  • The neutral foot benefits from a stability shoe, which provides both cushioning control.

Sport Specific Footwear

If one participates in a sport three times a week or more, it would be beneficial to purchase footwear designed specifically for that sport. For instance, playing basketball requires a stiffer sole for running and good cushioning for shock absorption from landing jumps. Runners in general require additional shock absorption. Court sports and sports like soccer, rugby, and Ultimate Frisbee require footwear providing good lateral support for the frequent and quick change of direction.

Flip flops

Wearing flip flops is very popular during warmer months. In most cases flip flops are not good for the feet. For someone with flat feet, flip flops provide no support. For someone with high arches, many flip flops have minimal cushioning. Prolonged standing or walking in flip flops will often, over time, cause the onset of pain in the feet, ankles, or further up the body.

Hence friends take great care of feet as they are the ones who take us everywhere to see and enjoy the beautiful nature Allah created for us

Final note

Let’s close with a word of warning. These suggestions should not replace insulin or any other diabetic drugs prescribed by your doctor. As a person with diabetes, you need a team of health-care professionals and an overall treatment plan. Type  is  will need to take medication for the rest of their lives (or until the arrival of a cure). Many type 2s will need medication as well.

While there are many practical, simple ways to keep your blood sugar down (or keep it from going higher), never turn your back on solid, scientifically proven treatments. You deserve the best care possible.

one of the best way of testing honey if its pure or immure is that put  some drops of honey on the floor anywhere in the house. IF ants eat it then its not PURE HONEY. because if  ants loved honey then there would have been no honey in the world as ants can climb trees and there would never be any beehives or honey 🙂 I tried this test and found that honey was pure 🙂

I also tried honey with burning matchstick. that was true too.

Pure honey also crystallized if kept in a fridge for long.

Honey is very easy to digest and has countless benefits for good physical and mental health
