Let’s be polite to our helpers and those who serve us
Cook maid, sweeper, washer man, or everyone who help us in any capacity. Most of all to the senior parents who depend on us and our spouse and the most adorable gift of Almighty our children!
IT HURTS LESS WHEN SOMEONE CARES
— the lady in blue dress is sweeper in Hamdard Public School. Her mother Irshad bibi also served for many years. how great these people are who clean the litter we spread
When i embraced her it was something out of the world joy for her and for me too. Love is most beautiful fragrant feeling.

Hazrat-Miyan-M.-Bakhsh

In praise of Allah

Pour rain to make arid garden fresh O! Lord

Before hope dies-boom garden by fruit Lord

Bless us with sweet product as Thy mercy is

Whoever eats is enriched, all misery leaves

Make this land forever glow, no evil darkens

Bless in lots, so every hungry soul’s flourishes

Ignite and light my heart with Thy love O! Lord

So the light of Thy love swells all over O! Lord

Bless me a little with Thy wisdom, O! Kind Lord

Enlighten my heart to be obliged to You Lord

Abolish illiteracy and light the path of wisdom

Bless me with wisdom of words as I’m ignorant

Bless me with a heart having wealth of wisdom

Every word I say is worthy like gems and jewels

Make my words charming as fragrance of musk

My words of Thy love affect hearts like of musk

Bless my words be sweet and polite to attract

Bless too words I write on paper get fragrant

Commend my new book like a bride of allure

Virtuous look at it may award it of Thy allure

If any evil eye is cast on it, trying to find fault

Is right to get penalty from Thou to find fault

Made a mirror after great effort, a stone hit it

Very few people hold value and worth of love

No one is interested to hear words of wisdom

Even if hears, can’t get deep insight of wisdom

Am not scared of the thorns but, of flowers

The words that pinch my heart; I’m scared of

Ego isn’t my dilemma, I cherish one and all

All dear ones having duplicity; I’m scared of

I don’t like sleeping any more in fact now

Daunting dreams that are weird; I’m scared of

I’m concerned for others; I lend a hand to them

Relations if deceptive and sham; I’m scared of

I’m a believer of Allah; He’s who I’m scared of

Those  who are not scared of Him; I’m scared of

Violent winds blow in butterflies’ land

Pain and sham prevail in fireflies’ land

Why this anguish around In Shah Hussein

Mian Muhammad Bux, Bulla Shah, Sachhal,

Haq Bahu, Rehman Baba, Khush Haal khan’s land

And in Heer and Raanjha’s land

Sufi, saints, philosopher and Dervish’s land

Why chaos every instant in silk, gems’ land

Why agony in fragrant melodic vibrant land

Why brutal, tyrant, vile, selfish rule the land

Why natives die of fright, plight in their land

Why at all devastate bountiful pious land

Why National hero Quaid e Millat disgraced

Why poet of the East Allama Iqbal disgraced

Why life down and in danger in pious land

Vultures, ghosts, wicked, cruel spoil the land

Doves, nightingale quiet! Birds chant no more

Why flash, flare, in faithful martyrs’ land

Who are these merciless suicide bombers?

Who are these heartless unwise preachers?

Killing innocent people in this worthy land

Why lawlessness prevails all over around

Why lanes, towns, homes, lives not sound

O’ Allah, O’ the Merciful, why treachery

We are ignorant of this brutal treachery

O’ Lord of the lords, have mercy on us

 Do away with brutality–enlighten us-

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Religion is very easy, and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded.” Bukhari:V1N38

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “O God, grant me life as a poor man, cause me to die as a poor man and resurrect me in the company of the poor…” His wife asked him why he said that, and he replied: “Because (the poor) will enter Paradise (before) the rich. Do not turn away a poor man…even if all you can give is half a date. If you love the poor and bring them near you..God will bring you near Him on the Day of Resurrection.” Al-Tirmidhi:1376

No concern of death or existence now

Since someone has invaded my heart;

Woe may be of few days or few nights

All pains in life are as long as life exists

No being is protected on earth today

Every being fears life in danger today

What is the change in ambiance today?

Entire world is worried of change today

I’ve been a nomad all through my life

Been enduring the gloominess of life

She met me near the time of my death

Thus no fear of death and no hope in life

Allah's anger

If the cause of earthquake is corruption

As quoted by political and pious persons

Poor are deceptive, wealthy are even more

Why thence wealthy are not punished more

MEDINA

Heart’s utmost desire is to visit Medina

And never to come back from Medina

This earth’s paradise is wholly Medina

Heart wishes to make home in Medina

My absence in his life time, is my loss,

Wish to share my sores now, in Medina

Poetry I composed with love in his honor

I wish to recite those verses in Medina

The life’s pain I kept in my heart till now

Want to shed tears freely now in Medina

Verses of divine love I have in my heart

Wish to set free them on paper in Medina

 Where everyone’s destiny elevates, Rahi

Heart wishes to be blessed too in Medina

SALAAM

Human relations, interpersonal relations take up a wide field.  It encompasses all of the relationships among human beings.

Islam places great emphasis on manners and on the proper way to deal with others, whether they are Muslims or not. Relations between people are very important in Islam, and maintaining good relations with others should be a main priority of a practicing Muslim. In fact, Islam teaches that Prophet Mohammad (p.b.u.h) said: “I have been sent to perfect the best of manners”. He summarized the goal of his entire message into the perfection of the best of manners. The following is just a sample of some of the teachings of Islam regarding manners and relationships with others.

Smiling: Islam even goes to the extent of rewarding Muslims for smiling in the face of others! Smiling when others look at you is regarded as a form of charity for which Muslims get rewarded. This is why Muslims usually smile and shake hands when they meet, and they hug if they have not seen one another for a long time. Muslims are also instructed to greet each other when they see each other with the best possible greeting.

Friendship: Islam takes friendship to a higher level, referring to Muslims as brothers and sisters, and expecting them to treat each other as such. A Muslim is expected to wish for others that which they wish for themselves. Also, a Muslim is expected to give honest advice to friends and to be there for them and help them whenever possible. Muslims are forbidden from abandoning or boycotting a friend with whom they have had a disagreement for more than three days. After the three days, they are expected to forgive their friend and resume the friendship.

Greeting with salaam is different from other greetings such as “good morning” or “good day.”  The word salaam has a connection with faith. When we greet a person as “As-salaamu alaikum,” we tell him “May you be in paradise.”  It has such an inclusive meaning: “I wish you peace and tranquility in this life.  May your body be healthy and free of pains and discomfort?  May Almighty Allah place you to the abode May Almighty Allah provide us with the means to adorn ourselves with the manners of the Prophet.  May He keep us observant of these principles in our interactions within our family, with our relatives, with our neighbors, friends and with our brothers and sisters in Islam, in our business, and in our social life!
May He grant you His consent, happiness in this life and in the hereafter!  May he place you among those whom are honored by His Beauty in His Paradise!  May He reward you with the best of the rewards.

May Allah be pleased with you! Amen
