I am confused

WordPress has introduced a new format. its nice but I am used to the old one.
where to find categories, how to search or read my previous blogs. can any one please help me to understand the new format

You are not alone, I am confused as well. I started a blog post at 10 PM last night only to find everything in WP blog editor had been changed. They make these changes with no heads up warning or asking us how we’d like changes.

yeah. we are not technical people so cant easily digest new set ups. at least they rite some guide lines or instructions.
